Policies, Waiver and Photo Release

Virtual Class Waiver

Please make sure you are aware of your surroundings during class. If you are dancing and moving near furniture, family members or animals please be extra careful so you do not risk an injury to yourself or someone else. Please make us aware of physical barriers and limitations. Our job is to modify exercises and movement pieces to suit your needs. This is your class, your story, your creation. The way your body operates is important to us and to the story you’re telling. We want it to be safe for you and also a representation of who you are. If you require physical accommodations or if you are taking class with an injury, please make sure you are modifying the class and you are working within the recommendations of your doctor/therapist and let us know if we can assist you in making modifications.

By participating in any of these virtual classes you agree to release and to hold harmless Thatz Showbiz from any and all liability, whether based on negligence, contract, tort, statute or otherwise, for any claim, judgment, loss, liability, cost and expenses (including, without limitations, attorney’s fees and costs) arising out of or connected with Thatz Showbiz’s online classes. You or your child(ren)/dependent attending online training, including but not limited to any claim arising out of or connected with any illness or injury (minimal, serious or catastrophic) that you, or my child(ren)/dependent may incur or sustain during online classes.
